Booking Conditions

All bookings with MICE Logistic Tourism Company are subject to our Booking Conditions. These should be read carefully before making any booking.

Your Contract

Your contract is with MICE Logistic Tourism Company, a TURSAB member (Membership No: A-11190). By making a booking, the lead name guarantees they have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of all members of the party. A binding agreement exists once a confirmation invoice is issued. This contract is governed by Turkish law and courts.

Website Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur on our website. Please check prices and details carefully before booking.

Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that all required travel documents, passports, visas, and vaccinations are valid before departure. Certain destinations, including the USA (ESTA), require advance authorisation. Check with relevant embassies or authorities.

Insurance

Adequate travel insurance is essential. You must ensure your policy covers all aspects of your trip, including health and car hire requirements.

Financial Protection

Our package holidays are fully protected under TURSAB Licence No: 16352. ATOL-protected flights or flight-inclusive holidays provide additional protection through the ATOL scheme.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm bookings. Full payment is due no later than 12 weeks before departure. Payments can be made by credit or debit card. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

Holiday Price

We aim to provide accurate prices, but errors may occur. Prices may change due to transportation costs, taxes, or exchange rates. Price increases above 2% of the total cost (excluding insurance and amendment fees) will be charged to you; decreases above 2% will be refunded.

Changes to Your Booking

After confirmation, any changes must be requested by the lead name and may incur administration fees (typically €50 per person) plus any supplier charges. Name changes or date changes close to departure may be restricted.

Cancellations

You or any member of your party may cancel at any time. Written notice is required. Cancellation charges depend on how many days before departure notice is given. Cruise bookings may have additional charges.

If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday

We reserve the right to make minor changes or correct errors. Major changes or cancellations will be communicated promptly, and alternatives or refunds offered. Force Majeure events may prevent refunds or compensation.

Flight

Your rights to compensation or refunds from airlines in case of denied boarding, cancellations, or delays are separate from your holiday booking with us. Flight times, carriers, and aircraft types are indicative and may change.

Behaviour

All guests must behave responsibly. Dangerous or disruptive behaviour may result in termination of the holiday without refund. You are responsible for any damage caused.
