Privacy Policy – MICE Logistic Tourism Company
- Scope of the Contract
1.1. MICE Logistic Tourism Company is located at Soğucaksu Mah. Fatih Sok. No:5 Aksu / Antalya, Turkey. This contract between the customer and MICE Logistic Tourism Company specifies the terms of service and the obligations of both parties.
1.2. Software development, web design, information and communication services, internet and print-visual media advertising services, which are MICE Logistic Tourism Company products, are subject to this agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this agreement remains valid.
1.3. MICE Logistic Tourism Company products are collectively referred to as “Services” and do not cover services provided under separate contracts.
- Contract Terms
2.1. Acceptance and approval of the service contract and terms by the customer is required to use the services.
2.2. Service contract acceptance forms:
- a) Confirming acceptance with the customer representative.
- b) By signing the contract within the scope of the agreement.
By using MICE Logistic Tourism Company services, the customer is deemed to have accepted and approved the agreement from the moment of use.
2.3. If the customer is underage or legally prohibited from receiving these services, they cannot use this contract. If detected, the service will be immediately terminated and MICE Logistic Tourism Company is not responsible for any loss or damage.
- Service Provision
3.1. MICE Logistic Tourism Company may stop providing services or features temporarily or permanently without notice. Customers may pause or stop services without informing the company.
3.2. The company may block account access without reason. Customers accept potential loss of access to services or account content.
3.3. Limits on messages or storage may be set at the company’s discretion. Exceeding limits may incur additional charges.
3.4. Service fees are determined by MICE Logistic Tourism Company and may vary.
3.5. Customer information cannot be shared with other customers and is kept confidential.
3.6. Each service is evaluated based on the period of use. Retroactive claims are not accepted.
3.7–3.9. MICE Logistic Tourism Company provides internet advertising services but is not responsible for changes in service provider policies or the accuracy of verbal information given by customers.
3.10–3.14. Unauthorized use of company content is prohibited. The company is not responsible for customer content copyright, external channel content, code systems, or potential damages from software, viruses, or added codes.
3.17–3.18. MICE Logistic Tourism Company may access user accounts to manage social media ads and is not responsible for information loss or payment errors.
- Customer’s Use of Services
4.1. Customers must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date registration information.
4.2–4.5. Customers must not access services outside the authorized interface, interfere with services, reproduce or trade services without permission, and accept responsibility for violations.
- Password and Account Security
5.1–5.2. Customers are responsible for password confidentiality and must inform the company immediately if unauthorized access occurs. - Personal Privacy and Information
6.1. Customer data will be used in accordance with the company’s privacy policies. - Scope of Services
7.1–7.3. Services include content such as text, software, images, and multimedia. MICE Logistic Tourism Company may review, modify, or exclude content and customers are responsible for content they create or display. - Property Rights
8.1–8.2. MICE Logistic Tourism Company or its licensors own all intellectual property rights. Customers may not misuse trade names, logos, or proprietary notices. - MICE Logistic Tourism Company License
9.1–9.3. Software licenses may be sold or leased separately. Customers cannot transfer, copy, or modify software without written permission. VAT applies to payments. - Content Usage Rights
10.1–10.3. Customers grant MICE Logistic Tourism Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote content for service purposes, including social media and joint services. - Software Updates
11.1. Customers agree to receive software updates as part of the services. - Termination of Customer Relationship
12.1–12.2. Service contracts remain valid while the customer has an active budget. Termination requests must be made in writing.
12.3. MICE Logistic Tourism Company may terminate the contract if:
- a) Provisions are violated
- b) Required by law
- c) Service partners terminate relationships
- d) Services are discontinued in the customer’s country
- e) Services are not commercially viable
12.4. Termination does not affect ongoing legal rights, responsibilities, or obligations.
- Performance and Guarantees
No guarantees are given regarding performance, advertisement positioning, sales, or customer growth. - Limitation of Liability
14.1–14.2. MICE Logistic Tourism Company is not responsible for direct or indirect damages, loss of earnings, or data loss arising from use of services, advertisements, or customer errors. - Copyright and Trademark Policy
15.1. Violation notices under Turkish and international copyright law are examined and relevant accounts may be canceled. - Ads
16.1. Some services include advertising. Customers accept the presence and modification of ads without prior notice. - Modification of Contract Terms
17.1. The company may update contract terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. - Notices
18.1. Notices may be sent via email, mail, or through service-related notifications. - Disputes
19.1. This contract is governed by Turkish law. Izmir courts have jurisdiction, but the company may take legal action in other countries if necessary.
