Consumer Rights – Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Return Terms
General Provisions
By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable legislation regarding the sale and delivery of the products or services purchased.
Shipping fees related to product delivery are paid by the Buyer.
Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the Buyer within a legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract.
Products must be delivered in full, in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, and accompanied by any applicable documents such as a warranty certificate or user manual.
If the purchased product cannot be supplied, the Seller must notify the Buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this situation. The total amount paid by the Buyer must then be refunded within 14 days.
- Non-Payment of the Product Price
If the Buyer fails to pay for the product or cancels the payment through the bank or payment provider, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.
- Unauthorized Credit Card Transactions
If, after delivery, it is determined that the Buyer’s payment was made using a credit card without authorization, and the relevant bank or financial institution does not remit the payment to the Seller, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days, with all shipping costs borne by the Seller.
- Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure)
If unforeseen events occur beyond the Seller’s control and prevent timely delivery, the Buyer will be informed promptly. The Buyer may then choose to:
- Cancel the order,
- Request a replacement product, or
- Agree to a delayed delivery until the situation is resolved.
If the Buyer cancels the order:
- Payments made in cash will be refunded within 14 days from the cancellation date.
- Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, though the time for the refund to appear in the Buyer’s account may vary depending on the bank (typically 2–3 weeks).
- Buyer’s Obligation to Inspect the Product
The Buyer must inspect the goods/services before accepting delivery. Damaged, defective, or incomplete items (e.g., dented, broken, torn packaging) should not be accepted from the courier.
Once received, the goods/services are deemed complete and undamaged.
If the Buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods/services must not be used and must be returned with the original invoice.
- Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without any legal or penal liability and without providing any reason, by notifying the Seller via the contact information below.
