This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made electronically between the following parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188).

2. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically from the Seller’s website, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 and the relevant Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The prices and specifications displayed on the website are valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited time are valid until the specified expiry date.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The main characteristics of the products or services, including their type, quantity, brand, model, color, and price, are presented in detail on the Seller’s website.
The Buyer can review all relevant information about the product or service before placing an order.
The total amount payable, including all applicable taxes and fees, will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before the order is confirmed.
Unless otherwise stated, the shipping costs related to the delivery of the product are borne by the Buyer.

4. DELIVERY

The product(s) subject to this Agreement shall be delivered to the Buyer or the designated recipient within 30 (thirty) days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified.
If delivery cannot be completed within this period, the Buyer reserves the right to cancel the order.

5. GENERAL PROVISIONS

• The Buyer confirms that they have read and approved all pre-contractual information, including product details, price, payment, and delivery terms.
• The Seller agrees to deliver the product in full, undamaged, and in accordance with the specifications stated on the website.
• If the Seller cannot fulfill the order, they must notify the Buyer within 3 (three) days and refund the total payment within 14 (fourteen) days.
• In case of force majeure or unexpected circumstances preventing delivery, the Seller must inform the Buyer. The Buyer may then cancel the order, request an equivalent product, or accept a delayed delivery.
• If the order is canceled, the Seller shall refund all payments within 14 days.
• If payment was made by credit card, the refund process is subject to the bank’s internal procedures.
• The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery. Damaged or defective products must not be accepted from the courier. Products accepted are considered to have been delivered in perfect condition.
• The Buyer agrees not to use the Seller’s website for illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (via registered mail or e-mail).

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and sent back with their original packaging, invoice, and all standard accessories.
Upon receipt of the return, the Seller shall refund the Buyer within 10 (ten) days, and the Buyer must return the goods within 20 (twenty) days.
If the value of the goods decreases or return becomes impossible due to the Buyer’s fault, compensation will be deducted accordingly.
In case the Buyer’s withdrawal causes the total amount to fall below the campaign limit, the related discount will be canceled.

7. PRODUCTS NOT SUBJECT TO WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products and services:

• Goods prepared according to the Buyer’s personal specifications or clearly personalized,
• Perishable goods or products with a short shelf life,
• Goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery,
• Digital content, software, audio/video recordings, and other intangible goods delivered electronically,
• Services that have already begun with the Buyer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires.

8. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the Buyer defaults on payment made by credit card, the Buyer agrees to pay interest and bear the legal costs in accordance with their credit card agreement.
The Seller reserves the right to claim damages resulting from the delayed performance of payment obligations.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in their place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.

10. ENFORCEMENT

By confirming and completing payment on the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this Distance Sales Agreement.
The Seller must ensure that this Agreement is accessible and confirmed electronically before the order is finalized.
